Title IX Policy

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights enforces Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972. Title IX protects people from discrimination based on sex in education programs or activities that receive federal financial assistance.

DriveCo CDL Learning Center is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy education and work environment free from discrimination or harassment based on age, race, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation or identity, religion or creed, national or ethnic origin, or disability.

Title VI Policy

DriveCo CDL Learning center operates their programs and services without regard to race, color, or national origin in accordance with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act.
